REFUNDS - CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel the order, you should contact the online store manager on phone at 210 9420817 or send an email to info@mdmichel.gr for its cancellation. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept their receipt so that they are returned to the company. MD Michel will refund you after deducting shipping and return shipping costs.

If you find that the product is not what you want, our company gives you the opportunity to return it within fourteen ( 14) days from its delivery and only if it is unused and in its original condition. In case of use of the product or damage to its original packaging, returns are not accepted. If the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, MD Michel has the right not to accept the products back. After contacting us, you send us the package with the product, enclosing the purchase receipt.

Your package inside should contain:

• The product you are returning with the special tag intact
• Your receipt

A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR CHANGING PRODUCTS IS THAT THE SPECIAL MARKING TAG HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH PROOF OF RETAIL. IF AN INVOICE IS ISSUED, THE RETURN MUST BE MADE WITH A SHIPPING NOTE.

Make an exchange with the same or another product. Or even a refund.

In case of a change in size, the shipping costs are charged to MD Michel and the return is only made by our courier. In the event that you choose to use any other transport method of your choice, you will bear the entire cost of the transport which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel. This change (size change at our expense) can be made once for each purchase/receipt.
